Dragon Boat Adventure and Hawaiian Lunch

PADDLERS READY? GO!

You’ve been trapped indoors for months now, waiting for the days to get longer and warmer. Spring has sprung, so it’s time to return to the great outdoors and get active again. Beginning on March 19, DieselFish Dragon Boat Team will offer free lessons created especially for newcomers to the sport. RSVP today for fun, friendship and fitness on the high seas of Redwood City! After practice, we’ll hang out and have a Hawaiian lunch at L&L BBQ (324 Walnut St.) just around the corner.

A dragon boat is a large racing canoe that holds 20 paddlers. Dragon boat racing is the ultimate team sport, because the crew needs to paddle in time. There’s no greater feeling than pushing a boat towards the finish line with your friends!

Our beginner sessions will cover the basics of the sport in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Our team will provide you with personalized instruction. This is the perfect time to get started.
